WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE FOR DIGITAL PRINTS?
For digital prints, we use Premium Archival Matte which is a smooth, neutral-white, matte paper for high quality fine art, photo reproduction, and open edition decor. The paper supports accurate color reproduction and high contrast, high resolution output, and is acid free for a longer print life with pigment inks. It features a heavy weight (230gsm), thick base (9.5mil), and an instant-dry coating that resists fingerprints and smudging.
WHAT IS A LINOCUT PRINT?
Linocut, also known as lino print, or lino printing, is a printmaking technique and variant of woodcut done by hand in which a piece of linoleum is used for a relief surface. A design is cut into the linoleum surface with a V-shaped chisel or gouge, with the uncharted areas representing a mirror image of the desired printed design. The linoleum sheet is inked with a brayer, and then impressed onto paper or fabric.
HOW DO I NAVIGATE A DAMAGED ITEM?
If the damage appears to be through neglect on our end, we will refund full payment depending on the nature of the damage and provide a replacement if the item is a print. Each original painting or drawing will be dealt with individually. Unfortunately, if the item is damaged through the fault of the mail carrier, we cannot refund payment, but we will work with you to direct you to filing a claim.
